International shipping rates

All shipping prices are in New Zealand Dollars.

We use flat shipping rates for all orders outside of New Zealand.

Auckland Metro	$5.00 NZD - FREE shipping for orders over $99
Rest of NZ	$7.00 NZD - FREE shipping for orders over $99
Rural	+ $5.00 NZD - Added to cost of shipping option

Shipping times & policy

All orders before 3PM NZST will be processed the same day otherwise please allow 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

As soon as your order is packed and dispatched we will send an email to the address registered on your account. This email will confirm the unique consignment number that the courier has provided for your order along with the courier provider and instructions on how you can track your order. Please allow at least 12 – 24 hours after purchase for this to be processed and updated.

International policy

All international orders are shipped from our office in New Zealand.

Typical international delivery time is 5 days. Please allow a maximum of 10 business days for international orders to arrive.

Please note: On rare occasions, customs agents may inspect or delay the delivery of consignments at their discretion. For some countries, there may be an import duty or customs fee incurred upon entry. This is not in the control of Sigmoid Consulting Ltd and will be dependent on your country.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package - the value is the retail cost. Sigmoid Consulting Ltd cannot mark any packages as a 'gift' in order to avoid customs duties and fees.

Please be advised that Sigmoid Consulting Ltd is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international orders.

Please allow 2 – 4 business days for your order to arrive.

For orders taking longer than expected to arrive

Check any confirmation correspondence from Sigmoid Consulting Ltd in your inbox or junk folder
Identify tracking status and updates.
Check delivery details are correct
Check for any correspondence left by couriers – delivery cards or phonecalls.
Check any safe areas that a courier may have left your package around your property. In letterboxes, behind gates, under outdoor furniture – generally in the vicinity of your front door.
